BEST BOOTS FOR KIDS! KEEPS FEET DRY & WARM! My kids LOVE them! My son,4,almost 5,wears ABOUT an 11 or 12 "toddler" sneaker. We got size 13 & they fit with room for heavy socks & room for toes to grow without being too "bulky". So far, seem to be honestly WATERPROOF though my kids somehow still get snow in them occasionally which gets the inside wet. they dry fast & no inner shrinkage thus far. We've had them about 4-6 wks or so. Ordered my daughter's first & when I saw how QUALITY they are, I ordered these for my son! He's a non-stop guy who rolls,jumps,buries himself in snow & most kids boots don't hold up to his rough wear of them, so it WAS worth it for me to splurge on a pricier boot so I don't buy 5 pair in the end! He REALLY LOVES THEM that they came up so high & so did I as it's feature difficult to find,surprisingly,in a KIDS boot. I will DEFINITELY be buying this brand EVERY season from now on! Don't stop making or selling these PLEASE!!LOVE these boots!! Before these boots, my son would come in from playing in the snow with snow in his boots and wet feet. Today, he tried them out in the snow from our blizzard. The snow is more than a foot deep and his feet were perfectly dry when he came inside! No snow got in them!! I'm ecstatic!! He is able to get them on and off himself with minimal issues (he's 5). If he used the zipper on the side, it would be even easier. I'm also excited about the removable insert for the times he does get snow in them (which I don't see happening...). These boots are absolutely wonderful and worth the price!!!I'm conflicted on this one. They are definitely going to keep her feet dry and warm though and she loves where they hit her on her leg. The item is definitely as described and we ordered two sizes up and the bottom just fits her feet. That's because of the liners but it makes the top of the boot pretty loose on her little legs. The zipper is going to be hard for her to use because the end goes under the pink wrapping part which is awkward, even for us as parents, and it sticks a little. We are hoping it loosens up as she wears them more. There was a big hole in the lining of one of the boots that we will just fix here because we need them for this weekend and don't have time to return but that was disappointing.Love these come with extra inserts to stay dry, and they are higher to keep snow out and toes dry and warm. Don’t love that you really can’t tuck pants in if wearing the inserts - too tight and won’t zip. Also, the zipper can be hard too get up/down completely because the Velcro flap is in the way.In Northern Michigan, we get a ton of snow. I can never seem to find any boots high enough to keep the snow out of my daughter's boots. These boots are exactly what I was looking for. They have warm liners, and are extra high so she can play in the snow without her feet getting wet! A surprise bonus was included with my purchase...an extra set of liners. I ordered a size up so she will have room to grow, and they fit as expected. I'm very pleased with my purchase!I love everything about these boots! The best thing is the height. It keeps my son's feet warm and dry for the most part when he is playing. I also love that it comes with a second set of inserts in case they do happen to get wet. Such a nice bonus! It would be great if they still fit him next winter! They also look super cool!Overall like this boot, very sturdy and warm. The liners that come in the boot are almost like a Styrofoam, very stiff and difficult to get in the boot once on my daughter's foot. Trying to put them on with the already in the boot is almost impossible. Have decided on a thermal sock instead of the liner, much easier and quicker to get out the door in the mornings.I bought one pair size 4 for a boy who was a 3 and they fit good but when I ordered for a girl's foot size 5 getting one size larger they did not fit so I returned those and got a 6 and the same problem occurred. I finally ended up not making the other purchase for the other grandchild. I just could not get a good fit for the liners that I felt were sewed to small. The company did a return after two attemps but the pair I ended up keeping do not keep the feet dry. Maybe that is why they offer two liners. It is a constant battle to check the boots and dry them out after every use. If you purchase them and are lucky to get a good fit which some may fit ok the boot should be checked to make sure the kiddos foot is dry. I would probably not purchase again unless the company solved those two problems.
